Our services
This website describes bookkeeping services that may be available from Books Reconciliation. Exact deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, timing, and fees are established only in a written engagement accepted by both parties. Website content is general information, not accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice.
Your responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing authorized access and complete records, answering questions, reviewing deliverables, and maintaining appropriate approvals. Final responsibility for business decisions and tax filings remains with the client and their licensed advisors.
Fees & billing
Fees, billing cadence, payment terms, and any pause or cancellation conditions are stated in the applicable written engagement. No website price or estimator output overrides that agreement.
Confidentiality and access
Confidentiality obligations, permitted access, data handling, and any applicable insurance requirements must be stated in the written engagement or a separate signed agreement. Do not send account passwords or sensitive financial documents through the public contact form.
Cancellation
The cancellation process, notice period, final deliverables, and any outstanding payment obligations are governed by the applicable written engagement.
